Sita Kalyanam | Sonnet – 2 | Transformation of Lord Ram
Seasons always changed the face of expanse,
time has always kept a steady pace;
Ram has transformed from toddler to charming grace,
brothers grew tall and brave in a race for stance.
Ram and Lakhan formed a force to reckon,
learnt required skills from sage Vasishth;
wars to fight in future are still unknown,
presence of Ram was vital for King Dasarath.
Devils disturbed peace throughout the forest,
Vishwa Mitr wanted Ram as guard;
King Dasarath swooned but obliged the request,
Nothing in nature could fight the guardian of Awad.
God has come as Ram to prove his kind grace,
faith is Ram as Icon, faith is God’s peace.
